I don't have group classes so about really becoming leader in a group is not a subject for me.
But I am thinking in a bigger sence.
In my vision this is also about personal confidents and stepping up on your own. Growing as a person and your own journey in getting older and becoming a adult.
Stimulation in finding what your good at and like to grow in. But also what are your weaker sides?
Knowing both sides will help with setting goals and making them possible in a realistic way.
In my opinion it's a good thing to have goals and finding out what you are willing to work for.
Thereby learing what is motivation and finding your own motivation.
What are you passionate about and what is possible?
Even when the students are still young this will mather.
Building confidents by finding your own strength and experience of positive results.
But also not giving up and working on weaker sides. If you are not so great at something right now doesn't mean you can not change this in the future.
This is the way I like to teach about motivation and confidents.
You can use this in a smaller idea as for example in learning English. But also in a bigger idea, using it to anything in your life. Get to know yourself and what works for you as a person. For everybody a different set of skills. And then start looking at the future.
Do you know what you want or not yet? Try to find this out and start setting goals. Where do you want to be in the future and start working on it.
Even in little steps. The younger you are the smaller it will be.
But this basic vision can help the student there entire life.

1.) Amber, I want you to start thinking AS IF you had a larger class number. Imagine it, visualise it! Make it a reality in your mind! Then, what if you had a class of 10 students? From what Moon talks about with regards to classroom leadership and learners, how would you go about making a classroom leader and what would be the benefits of making a classroom leader in a dance class? How could it be done? What what would the role of the class leader be? How would it benefit the learner? Use Moon's explanation to support your reasoning. 2.) You took a different slant on the question and thought more introspectively, thats great! I want you to think about one weakness of yourself, in your own opinion from your own reflection what is that weakness, like you said be honest! Now, you have that weakness, what are you going to do to overcome that weakness, what are the steps you are going to take to overcoming that weakness? Then, if you were to overcome this weakness, how would it strengthen you as a person and how would you learners benefit from this change in who you are? You talked about little steps, so tell me about them and then tell me about the final goal.
